Renaissance city hall and museum

The extravagant manor situated on the market place in the city center was built after the city succumbed to a fire in 1850. It was built in Weser Renaissance style, whereby the tower belonged to the Church of St. Moritz. The building also houses the city's museum which boasts a wide variety of collections concerned with the city's history. You have the best view over Bad Gandersheim from the guards room in the tower of city hall.
